CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Mr. Murphy has become a well-established leader in the medical cannabis industry, providing business expertise and insight into financial growth strategies that have proven critical for several cannabis companies. His past roles included oversight of risk-management, sales and distribution, client services, legal, compliance and operations. As Founding Member and Managing Partner at Stanfield Capital Partners, he was central in growing the organization from inception to a $30-billion alternative money management firm.
Mr. Murphy serves on the Board of Directors of the Wellness and Pain Management Connection, Prime Alternative Treatment Centers, and Prime Consulting Group. These for-profit entities provide strategic and financial advice to not-for-profit medical cannabis license holders in the states of Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts, respectively. Mr. Murphy also serves on the Board of Directors of Compass Ventures, Nature’s Care Company and Prime Wellness of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Yellin was a partner at Tandem Global Partners, a boutique investment firm focused on emerging markets, and President of Stone Point Corporation. Mr. Yellin spent the bulk of his career at Bankers Trust Company, where he was a Partner, Executive Vice President, and General Counsel, responsible for the administration and control functions of the bank, including the Legal, Compliance and Government Regulations departments.
Mr. Yellin has served in leadership roles on various boards for public and privately-held companies and not-for-profits. He has been selected for “Who’s Who in American Law,” The international “Who’s Who of Contemporary Achievement,” and the “International Directory of Distinguished Leadership.”
Mr. Yellin serves on the board of directors of Dixie Brands Inc., a cannabis edibles company, and Prime Wellness of Pennsylvania.
DEVIN N. BINFORD

Mr. Binford has been involved in the legal cannabis industry since 2011, investing in licensed dispensaries, cultivation centers, processing facilities, edibles manufacturers, alternative dosage forms companies, and real estate.
Mr. Binford worked as a Director in the Investment Banking Division at Tandem Global Partners, where he was responsible for analyzing principal and debt investments as well as portfolio management.
Mr. Binford serves on the Boards of Directors of Dixie Brands Inc., a cannabis edibles and alternative dosage company.
Mr. Binford graduated from Columbia University with an MSc in Real Estate Development and concentration in Real Estate Finance; he earned a B.A. in Finance and Computer Information Systems from James Madison University.

Mr. Allen, a seasoned executive with extensive financing and transaction experience, was previously Chief Investment Officer of Cambridge Information Group (CIG), where he managed a portfolio of private and public direct investments as well as a collection of indirect investments, and founded an internally managed hedge fund focused on global growth equities.
Mr. Allen managed corporate development at Blucora, a CIG Investment, guiding the company as it transformed into a successful public leader in its vertical that now operates independently, securing an extremely profitable investment for CIG on its four-year investment.
Prior to Blucora, Mr. Allen spent nine years at Warburg Pincus, managing investments in the communication, media and technology sectors, and Goldman Sachs in New York and Hong Kong, where he invested capital in distressed securities.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Apollo Global Management, LLC
Mr. Leibowitz has over 20 years of finance and accounting experience with expertise in building and scaling operations, improving controls, enhancing IPO readiness and working to manage an organization through accelerated business growth.
During his 9 years at Apollo, Mr. Leibowitz held various key roles within the finance organization including the accounting lead in taking the organization public in 2011. Under his tenure, he implemented the public reporting framework, accounting policies and directed the company-wide Sarbanes-Oxley program.
Prior to Apollo, Mr. Leibowitz spent almost 10 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers focused on multiple complex foreign registrant financial statements and client IPO documents across sectors including: alternative asset managers, Internet/software, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, and mining.
Mr. Leibowitz serves on the board of directors and is the audit committee chair for PowerPlay NYC, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to inspiring and educating girls through one-of-a-kind sports and academic enrichment programs.
JAMES A. DOHERTY

Mr. Doherty has been recognized as a Rising Star of Young Attorneys for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by Philadelphia Magazine. He routinely represents a variety of clients in the highly regulated gaming and casino industry. His practice also has an emphasis on professional liability, civil rights, and employment and labor disputes. Mr Doherty also acts as special counsel to a number of public and municipal entities. He maintains an active appellate practice, having successfully argued cases before the Superior Court, Commonwealth Court and Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
Before joining Acreage, Mr. Doherty served as a law clerk for the Honorable Thomas I. Vanaskie, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and as special counsel to the Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. He was a featured speaker for the Pennsylvania Gaming Law Update Continuing Legal Education and a delegate to the General Litigation Forum. Jim is also a member of the Civil Rights Committee for the Lackawanna County Bar Association.
CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER
Mr. Damashek is a 20-year marketing vet, “growth hacker” and entrepreneur with deep creative, design, innovation, brand and experiential marketing experience, much of it in highly regulated luxury and premium segments – specifically spirits and craft beer.
Mr. Damashek joined Acreage Holdings from Anheuser-Busch InBev’s Disruptive Growth Group, where he launched several global e-commerce pilots and stewarded marketing and brand efforts for the team’s 20+ global craft beer acquisitions.
Previously, Mr. Damashek founded and managed his own design agency, Damashek Consulting, for almost 15 years, working with spirits, fashion, CPG, automotive, tech and luxury clients. He also founded Underground Eats – a ground-breaking experiential dining start-up working with some of the top culinary talents and brands in the country.

Christopher Tolford is a licensed Certified Public Accountant with more than 10 years of experience, much of it within the cannabis industry. Mr. Tolford is responsible for new market development and entry including pre-opening operations.
Before joining the Company, Mr. Tolford served as Controller of Wellness Connection of Maine managing all aspects of the accounting, inventory, and security departments. Mr. Tolford worked to streamline operations and internal controls by developing and implementing best practices. During his time there, he helped Wellness Connection of Maine become the largest medical marijuana company on the East Coast with revenues of over $16 million.
Prior to joining Wellness Connection of Maine, Mr. Tolford worked in Portland, Maine with a large regional public accounting firm. He spent six years in public accounting where he worked with a variety of clients on audit and consulting services in industries ranging from manufacturers to auto dealerships.
Chris graduated from University of Rhode Island where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics.
VICE PRESIDENT, CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT
Mr. Macdonald has over 15 years of investing and transaction experience. He is responsible for developing Acreage’s acquisition strategy and leading the execution in both new and existing markets.
Previously, Mr. Macdonald was Vice President of Corporate Development at Blucora where he spent six years transforming the previously failing $1.5B publicly traded technology enabled financial services company.
Mr. Macdonald was Founder and Managing Partner of Plainview Capital, a boutique hedge fund. In this role he developed proprietary technology that enabled him to consistently deliver above market returns to investors.
Prior to joining Plainview Capital Mr. Macdonald played a key role in effecting a turnaround and sale of internet hosting business Digex, which became part of Verizon Enterprise Solutions.
HEAD OF RETAIL OPERATIONS
Mr. Myrie is a seasoned entrepreneurial retail and real estate executive with extensive B2B and B2C operating experience. He previously served as North American Director of Real Estate, Development and Asset Management for GrandVision NV, a multi-billion global optical retailer. There, he led national expansion, including re-branding strategy and post-acquisition integration, managed real estate portfolio strategy and operations, and implemented key operations technology innovations.
Previously, Mr. Myrie was the Senior Executive Vice President at For Eyes, a privately held national optical retailer that was acquired by GrandVision NV. During his 15-year tenure, Mr. Myrie led Strategic Planning, Real Estate and Operations to uncover opportunities to enhance customer experience, create new revenue channels, and drive bottom-line growth.
Mr. Myrie began his career at Moja Design, a high-fashion eyewear manufacturing company he founded; building it from the ground up. As Co-founder, President and COO, he successfully secured multi-million dollar global licensing agreements, curated brands, and led national sales and international distribution teams.
Deeply passionate about education, Mr. Myrie proudly serves on the Board of Regents of Mercersburg Academy.
